Hire engineers to audit your code
An independent read of your codebase by people who maintain systems for a living: what is wrong, what it will cost you, and what to fix first. A week, not a quarter.

How an audit is scoped
One-off audit
A week, a report and a call. The most common request, and the only deliverable if you want us to have no stake in what happens next.
Audit on a schedule
What we run on our own estate: the bot scores every repository on a cadence and an engineer reads the deltas, so a codebase that is drifting is visible before it is a rewrite.
Audit, then fix
Where you already know you need hands. We will still write the report first, so the list of what we are fixing exists before we start billing for it.
Who reads the code, and from where
Where the team sits
More than half our engineers now sit in Latin America, with most of the rest in Eastern Europe. An audit is a report and then an argument about it, and the argument is where the value is. Being on your working day means that call happens while the findings are fresh rather than a week later.
How people get here
The engineers who do this work came through the same pipelines as everyone else here — about one hire per 130 applications on the front-end side and 157 on the back end. We do not have a separate cheaper tier of reviewer, because a review is only worth what the reviewer has already broken in production.
Our clients
Why ScrumLaunch?
28 days to a signed offer
The median across 167 hires since 2021, from opening a role to a signed offer — a quarter of them inside 16 days. When someone is rolling off another engagement it is days instead, and each stack page publishes its own number rather than this average.
One hire per 130 applications
What our front-end funnel actually filters, and it runs from one in 63 to one in 219 depending on the stack. We publish the ratio per stack instead of claiming a percentile, because the ratio is the thing you can check.
Three levels of quality control
A project manager on your standups, a tech lead over the architecture, and scheduled code audits — 150 of them across 61 client repositories since September 2025, scored the same way we score our own.
One month trial period
If you aren't fully satisfied, we will staff a replacement at no cost and you won't pay for the unsuccessful trial period.
